  • AI instantly converts uploaded forms into digital, editable templates — no separate form builder required.

  • Forms are labeled and categorized with AI-generated suggestions (editable by staff).

  • Saved forms are added to the facility’s shared template library for reuse across all residents.

🤖 AI Assistance with Form Completion:

  • Use Chatter to auto-fill assessments with known resident data including demographics, vitals, medications, and more.

  • Forms can be edited manually or guided entirely through chat.

  • In-progress forms auto-save and can be resumed later.

  • Finalized assessments are saved directly to the resident’s clinical record.
