To improve clarity and reduce documentation clutter, Curenta will automatically combine and summarize system-generated notes that meet the following conditions:
Same user
Same note type (e.g., Med Pass, ADL, Vitals)
Within the same shift/day (based on facility-defined shifts)
🔁 What This Means:
Instead of multiple fragmented entries, Curenta will consolidate them into a clean, structured summary. For example:
Before:
"8 AM - Administered Lisinopril..."
"12 PM - Administered Metformin..."
"6 PM - Resident was agitated..."
After:
🧠 How It Works:
System checks for matching entries by user, shift, and type.
Matching notes are merged into one evolving summary note.
New entries update the existing summary instead of creating duplicates.
✅ Key Benefits:
Cleaner Progress Notes & Med Pass logs
Easier reviews during handoffs
Less scrolling, more insight
