You can now generate and print blank versions of assessment forms directly from the [Assessments] section in Curenta EMR—perfect for manual completion, offline documentation, or training purposes.

When printing any assessment, users will now see two options:

• Print Completed Assessment – includes resident-entered data.

• Print Blank Assessment – a new option for printing a clean, fillable version.
