Not every resident fits a standard mold—and now, their care plans don’t have to either.
Curenta now allows users to create Custom Interventions tailored to a resident’s unique care needs. Whether it’s something as specialized as Pet Therapy Assistance or support with personalized wellness routines, teams can document, track, and manage tasks just as seamlessly as they would with pre-defined ADLs.
🧠What You Can Do:
Name the intervention in your own words
Set timing and frequency (e.g., daily at 4 PM)
Add custom input fields, including:
Short/Long Answers
Multiple Choice or Dropdowns
Checkboxes
File Uploads
Linear Scales or Grids
Describe tasks in detail
Track completion with time stamps and notes
🧩 Key Behaviors:
Resident-Specific: Custom Interventions are tied to individual residents
Facility Scoped: They can be saved to your facility’s library to reuse later
Task-Aware: They auto-generate tasks based on the schedule you define
Log-Ready: All actions are recorded for compliance, review, and reporting
📌 Where to Access It:
Go to a resident’s profile
Navigate to ADLs & Vitals
Click Add New Intervention
Choose “Create Custom” and define your custom ADL
Save and track it just like a system-defined task
đź’ˇ Why This Matters:
Care is personal. With this update, you can tailor interventions to the resident—not the other way around—without sacrificing structure, reporting, or accountability.
Let your team capture what matters most, in the way that works best for your facility.
